Podcasts

No longer in production but an excellent resource. Two software engineers, both around 300 lbs with diabetes. Started a ketogenic diet and lost around 100 lbs each and diabetes resolved. I’d start at the first (oldest) episode and listen forward. Entertaining, sound science and good recipes.

Hosted by two internal medicine physicians one of whom was around 350 lbs in medical school. On a ketogenic diet he lost about 150 pounds. Be sure to check out his before and after photos.

Hosted by Dr Bret Scher a practicing cardiologist. Thoughtful, informed discussion.

Hosted by Brian Sanders. Excellent guests and interviews.

Hosted by Ivor Cummins an Irish engineer interested in the root cause of disease. Quite opinionated but excellent.
