Crab Cakes

1 pound lump crabmeat

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup sautéed green onions

1 tablespoon crab boil seasoning (Zatarains or Old Bay)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup mayonnaise (I make my own with olive oil)

2 eggs beaten

Mix everything and form into patties Place on wax paper and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes

Sauté patties in butter (with a splash of olive oil) until brown on both sides

Enjoy!
