Keto Biscuits
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 & 1/2 c almond flour
2-4 tbsp cream cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Mixes up best in a stand mixer.
Spoon onto parchment paper.
Bake at 375 for 15 min or until golden brown.
Load them up with butter while they’re still hot. I’ve experimented with several other varieties of cheese. Cheddar works well.
