White BBQ Sauce
This recipe is directly stolen from my mother’s cookbook “Dining on the Victorian Verandah” (except for the Swerve)
Fantastic for grilled chicken or pulled pork.
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons white vinegar
4 tablespoons Swerve (erythritol)
